After a stint on a biodynamic vineyard in Australia in 2004, Eli Silins began making wine in California in 2013. Passionate about sustainable agriculture and holistic farming, he moved Camuna Cellars from Berkeley to Philadelphia in 2019. Camuna projects focus on best agricultural practices and minimal cellar intervention, using native yeast fermentation and avoiding fining or filtering, to create unique fermented beverages that nourish the land, body, and soul. This Grüner Veltliner is hand-harvested and aged in Stainless Steel. This wine is certified Kosher, it’s a fun, natural option for holidays or anyone interested in local PA wines.
