This is a quintessential sparkling wine from Albet i Noya, as it has been made with the three traditional varieties of Penedès: macabeu, parellada, and xarel-lo. On the nose, it has aromas of herbs and fresh flowers combined with a background of white fruit at the right point of ripeness.
