Atamán is a potently delicious sipping vermouth built on Manzanilla sherry with quassia, bitter orange, wormwood, elderberry, and rosemary dominating the botanical roster. This Spanish drink starts sweet, but then the bitterness kicks in, which makes for a very stylish vermouth. Great on its own, chilled with orange, or mixed with gin, mezcal, rum, or whiskey.
