For this traditional Müller-Thurgau from the German region of Pfalz, the white grapes are pressed very gently at the Borell-Diehl winery, using state-of-the-art technology. With a slow and temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel barrels, the goal is to capture the varietal characters and aromas of the grapes in the bottle.
