The Brets only source grapes from passionate growers who farm with respect for the environment. The result is an incredibly balanced, biodynamic chardonnay. Citrus, crystalline pear richness, and fantastic texture define this wine. It has a long finish with nice chalky minerality. Best served with goat cheese from the Mâconnais, white meat, white sauces, spicy food, or fried food.
