Organically grown Parellada and Macabeu grapes are hand harvested, fermented with indigenous yeasts, and pressed over Syrah and Garnatxa skins. The wine is aged on the lees for six months in clay amphora, enhancing texture and character. Canned unfiltered and with no added SO₂, it pours a vivid dark fuchsia hue. This Rose Pet-nat is fresh, vibrant, and slightly brambly.
