This 100% Grechetto from Umbria is grown in Calcareous clay, sand, and stony soil, without herbicides or unnatural fertilizers. It starts vinification in cement tanks before spending 4 months aging in the bottle. The wine is straw-yellow in color with greenish highlights. On the nose you’ll experience a fruity, floral bouquet of apple, white peach, and spring flowers. The palate is full and smooth, balanced by a refreshing acidity. This wine pairs well with mushroom dishes and grilled vegetables.
