NoTrix is unfined and unfiltered, aged in neutral Slavonian oak casks for at least 3 months. It is a medium-bodied, easy-drinking red wine with a vibrant ruby color and violet hues. Its nose features a lively bouquet of red berries and geranium flowers, complemented by intense aromas of fine herbs and sweet spices. The wine has firm yet smooth tannins that enhance its medium-bodied palate, with standout notes of star anise and ginger against a persistent saline background. It pairs well with red meats, pasta dishes, and cheeses. It also complements spicy fish soups, grilled tuna, prosciutto crudo, fresh salami, and medium-aged cheeses.
