This is a true quinquina blanc, one that is unique among aperitif wines. Its minerality, acidity, and floral tones are balanced with quinine bitterness. The quinine (from cinchona bark) also adds spice and depth in the mid and back palate. The local citron fruit provides citrus aroma and a silky texture. This aperitif is fantastic on ice with tonic or soda, and even more so with a pour of gin or an agave spirit.
