Champagne Gamet, located in the Marne Valley, is run by Marianne Gamet, a fourth-generation grower/producer. The estate is part of a new wave of Champagne producers who are placing a stronger emphasis on terroir and showcasing the unique character of individual vineyards. Les Carrés du Midi is a single-vineyard Champagne made from 100% Pinot Noir, fermented and aged in oak barrels for 36 months on the lees. The warm 2018 vintage provided ideal conditions for Pinot Noir, resulting in a wine that is both structured and expressive, with vibrant red fruit flavors. This Champagne pairs beautifully with food, offering depth and complexity with every sip.
