This wine is vinified through alcoholic fermentation with naturally occurring yeasts, followed by a maceration period of about 10 days in stainless steel tanks. It ages in large barrels for 6 months and then in bottle for another 6 months. A delightful blend of Barbera, Dolcetto, and Nebbiolo, this Rosso is a medium- to full-bodied red brimming with aromas of ripe dark cherry, red plum, and a hint of violet. On the palate, it mirrors these flavors, complemented by smooth, silky tannins and a refreshing touch of crunch. An incredibly drinkable and delicious red.
