The Clovis Côtes du Rhône is a blend of grapes from a biodynamic producer estate, Remi Pouizin, with those from three other organic producers. These estates are all located in the southern area of the Rhône Valley. The resulting wine is medium bodied, with soft tannins and no oak. There are aromas of red fruit and sweet spices, while the palate is ample and silky, with a smooth finish. Why not serve this with steak?
