Whole berries are macerated with organic hibiscus flowers and fresh jalapeños for up to one week. The result is a jammy and tart shrub with fresh green heat on the back end. Perfect for margaritas, this shrub was born to be mixed with agave spirits, but is also delicious with gin, white rum, and other unaged liquors.
