Each jar contains a random mix of dehydrated lemons, limes, navel oranges, and, when in season, dehydrated blood oranges. Bitters Lab uses only the finest quality, ultra fresh, and in-season fruit available. They dehydrate the citrus in house using a low temperature to preserve flavor—this gives the fruit the most punchy flavor possible! The entire slice is edible and makes for a beautiful drink garnish. Use these in cooking, as a garnish for desserts, or just for snacking!
