Made from Vidal Blanc and Grüner Veltliner, this is a Spanish style vermouth from Pennsylvania's Brandywine Valley. Named after Hemingway's novel in which the characters enjoy an abundant amount of Spanish vermouth, this is a golden-rayed semi-sweet white vermouth infused with saffron, green cardamom, chamomile, lemon and orange peel, wormwood and rosemary.
