This rosé pét-nat comes from Ritoznoj in Slovenia. The vineyard is 370 meters above sea level and benefits from marl, sand, and clay in the soil. This wine dazzles with an electric golden guava pink hue and opens with aromas of wild yeast, fresh strawberries, and a hint of cucumber. On the palate, it is lively and perfectly balanced, with persistent bubbles and a vibrant mix of red raspberry, blood orange, baked rhubarb, and a crisp, mineral finish.
