Each meal at NYC’s Eleven Madison Park ends with a final sip of house-made vermouth. For their non-alcoholic beverage program, bar director Sebastian Tollius developed this special no ABV version, made with Niagara grape juice and infused for 24 hours with aromatics such as wormwood, angelica root, and gentian. A semi-sweet vermouth, it’s delicious neat, but to take it up a notch, serve it with a twist of citrus and a splash of seltzer.
