Nomadica are a bunch of wine nerds and wanted to make a California version of their favorite Italian orange wine—where the winemaking style was born. They took white grapes and fermented them with their skins, and the resulting wine is refreshing and full of texture and dry tropical flavors. It tastes of pineapple, jackfruit, honey, orange blossoms, and dried chamomile flowers. Pair with fried chicken, mushroom risotto, spicy seafood boils, grilled octopus, lamb chops, or grilled aubergine.
