The 2023 L'Orange is a blend of Riesling (33%), Müller Thurgau (26%), Gewurztraminer (24%), and Pinot Gris (17%) sourced from three esteemed vineyards in the Willamette Valley. After being fully destemmed, the grapes undergo a three-week fermentation on the skins until completely dry. Following this, the wine is aged in neutral oak barrels before being bottled without fining or filtration. This offering presents a playful interpretation of the aromatic varieties, with notes of orange citrus fruits, guava, and mango. On the palate, it showcases a lively, crisp fruit profile complemented by a refined tannin structure.
