“Les Vins Oubliés,” meaning "forgotten wines," refers to grape varieties abandoned in the late 1960s. Their rustic qualities, aromatic richness, and resistance to mildew and odium inspired us to replant them. This white wine features Seyval and Rayon d’Or (Golden Shine), which once replaced many phylloxera-affected varieties in the Loire Valley around 1890 before facing near extinction. The nose reveals intense pear and citrus aromas, while the palate mirrors this fruity intensity, offering a natural freshness characteristic of Loire Valley wines.
