Vinified in Steel and fermented with indigenous yeast, this wine also enjoys 15 days of skin contact. It offers vibrant notes of yellow flowers, broom, candied citrus, lemon leaf, and subtle balsamic herbs. Balanced acidity and pronounced sapidity contribute to its long, persistent finish.
