An essential ingredient in today’s most popular cocktails including the Negroni, Manhattan, and Boulevardier, The Spirit of Vermouth Rosso has a core characterized by tannins of pinot grigio grapes and is fortified with floral, bitter, hoppy wormwood notes, stewed fruit, and rich spices like cloves, cinnamon, and marjoram. The nose includes notes of robust and warming spices mingled with rhubarb, orange peel, and Italian cola. The palate presents rich turbinado sugar with drying Christmas fruit cake, as well as complex and integrated dark spices. The finish is velvety and unctuous, with black pepper and ginger spices.
