The winemaking process involves three hours of maceration in a carbonic atmosphere and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14-16°C. It is aged in stainless steel tanks for three months. The resulting wine is a pale straw yellow color, with aromas of white flowers, yellow pulp fruit, and hints of sage. Its structure is well balanced between acidity and mineral, with a fresh finish. Pair with appetizers, fish, and light dishes, or enjoy it as an aperitif.
