Roncaie is a lively, refreshing sparkling wine made from pure white grapes and re-fermented in the bottle with indigenous yeasts. Perfect as a “snack” wine, it's ideal for aperitifs with friends and continually evolves thanks to the active yeasts in the bottle. The wine is then bottled without added sulfites. It features a vibrant straw-yellow color and enticing aromas of white-fleshed fruit. On the palate, it offers a refreshing quality with outstanding drinkability.
