Made with 100% Nebbiolo from the oldest vineyards in Treiso, this Italian red presents great elegance and austerity with a broad bouquet that is floral and complex. Its best expression is after six to eight years of bottling and increases over time to 25 to 30 years. Suggested pairings include braised beef or rabbit, tajarin with ragu, mushroom risotto, and aged cheeses.
