From the same winemakers as Gulp/Hablo, this Spanish red has a touch more body and complexity than Gulp, but you could still chill it if you wanted to. It is a vivid tempranillo that’s juicy but nicely structured and has ripe, dark fruit flavors. It’s enjoyable on its own or served with aged cheeses, roasted meats, and veggie burgers.
