A lively Mourvèdre pét-nat named after the winemaker’s wife's niece, mirroring her bubbly personality. Handpicked from Nyani farm's granitic vineyards in Abbotsdale, Swartland, these grapes were harvested early and pressed straight away before fermenting in stainless steel tanks for 3 weeks. This wine was also racked 7 times resulting in a very clear pét-nat. This wine boasts delicate aromas of charred rosemary, lilac, and raspberry, leading to rich notes of blackberry and plum, with a refreshing herbal infusion. With lively acidity and nuanced tannins, "Hey Mila!" offers a crisp, lingering finish – a celebration of youthful energy and vibrant flavors.
