Jean-Baptiste and Charlotte Sénat have been pioneers of natural winemaking since 1996, after returning to Languedoc in '95. Based in Montagne Noire, they prioritize climate over terroir, crafting wines from organically farmed, native varietals like Grenache. Unfiltered, unfined, and with minimal sulfur, their wines are the perfect example of easy-drinking, refined natural wine. This three-grenache blend pours like a dreamy, high-energy red, bursting with wild cherry aromas, with hints of blackberry and licorice. It’s light enough to hint at a rosé, yet offers richer, silkier undertones and a bold, mineral backbone.
