Robinot is a true natural winemaker in the Loire Valley, working alongside his daughter Juliette since 2001. After running a successful wine bar in Paris, he returned home to make wine, with his first cuvée, Cuvée TGV, named after the high-speed train he took between Paris and the Loire. Known for his fun, dry pét-nats, his approach may be chaotic, but his expertise is undeniable. This is a rich, round white with a luscious, almost fatty texture. On the nose, you'll find notes of pear and honey, while the palate reveals toasty, brioche-like flavors. It all culminates in a long, decadent finish with vibrant acidity and a hint of marzipan.
