Robinot is a true natural winemaker in the Loire Valley, working alongside his daughter Juliette since 2001. After running a successful wine bar in Paris, he returned home to make wine, with his first cuvée, Cuvée TGV, named after the high-speed train he took between Paris and the Loire. Known for his fun, dry pét-nats, his approach may be chaotic, but his expertise is undeniable. This ultra-crisp, crunchy pét-nat is summer in a bottle, so refreshing it almost feels hydrating. The nose brings waxy notes of tree fruit like pear, apple, and lemon, while the finish leans into smoky, earthy undertones.
