This marmalade from Spain is made of 61% kumquat with a touch of cacao. It is excellent for pairing with all kinds of cheeses, especially with soft paste-like brie, camembert, and fresh cheeses. It can also be used to mix with yogurt or, simply, spread on a croissant.
