This is a natural wine out of Australia that is made with low levels of intervention but very high levels of care. The final product is bright and bouncy, with pepper and herb notes. It’s light and crisp, with violets and berries on the tongue, as well as velvety tannins. Not your typical syrah; don’t feel like you need to pair it with food, it’s great on its own.
