La Lata captures the different regional drinks of Spain in a can or lata (in Spanish). All of their ingredients are certified organic, and their original recipes are made without chemical additives. Rebujito is a refreshing mix of dry fino sherry and real lemon juice. This version uses an eight-year-old Pedro Ximenez fino from Bodegas Robles in Montilla-Moriles mixed with lemon juice, a touch of grapefruit juice for extra brix, and a little bit of fizz for the elevated lift.
