A skin-contact wine crafted from organically cultivated Gruner Veltliner, rooted in gravel, clay, and chalk soils. After three weeks of skin contact and before bottling, a touch of additional Gruner was introduced to enhance its fruit-forward character. Revealing a bright yellow hue with a charmingly cloudy appearance, it entices with a spicy and expressive nose, highlighted by grapefruit zest aromas with hints of peach and apricot. On the palate, its soft texture carries a gentle tannic structure from the skins, culminating in a lively, refreshing finish. Packaged in liter bottles, it offers exceptional value.
