This dry Madeira is a collaboration between the Madeira Wine Collection and Francisco Albuquerque of Blandy's. It has a beautiful acidity and medium body. The mellow palate provides flavors of orange zest and peel, tangerine, mocha, citrus, gingerbread, dried figs, and caramelized nuts with hints of Irish coffee. Enjoy as an aperitif or with tonic and lime.
