Fancy Free is crafted from whole clusters of Aligoté and Chardonnay, pressed upon arrival at the winery and co-fermented in neutral Burgundy barrels. The wine spends 10 months aging in these barrels before being bottled with only sulfur dioxide added. This natural white bursts with vibrant acidity, flavors of yellow apple and peach, and an enticing, aromatic intensity.
