The Marie Du Lac Sancerre is sourced from various vineyards in the Sancerre subregion through the strength of winemaker Franck Laloue’s relationships with local growers. The multiple small batches of wine are assembled into a blend that reflects the characteristics of two of Sancerre’s precious lieux-dits: “Longues Fins” in Chavignol and “Garennes” in Sancerre. This is a classic Loire Valley Sancerre—mineral and citrus.
