This wine is made from Istrian Malvasia grapes, sourced from four different vineyards (Kastanjari, Vrh, Santa Lucia, Baredine) on the west coast of Istria, near Buje. Situated 100 meters above sea level on a hillside a few miles from the coast of the Adriatic Sea, the wine is aged in stainless steel vats on fine lees. It offers enticing aromas of chamomile, acacia, lime zest, quince, pear, apricot, and ripe nectarine. The crisp acidity balances a hint of sweetness, leading to a long finish marked by exceptional minerality. Pairs nicely with fruits, nuts, and cheeses, or grilled seafood and vegatables.\
