In 1989, Michel Guignier set up in Villié-Morgon, having bought three hectares of vines in the Morgon appellation area. Today, he tends 11 hectares of vineyards in several appellations. Very quickly, it became apparent that he had to till the soil and mature the wines in oak barrels. With patience and passion, he started to manage the plowing and eliminated synthetic plant protection products, obtaining the “Agriculture Biologique” (Organic Farming) label in 2006. This red wine is very lively, fruity, and relatively light.
