Hand-harvested into small lug boxes to minimize damage, the grapes were picked early in the morning over ten days to capture a range of ripeness levels while preserving acidity. This pale straw yellow wine offers aromas of green apple, lime zest, white flowers, wet stone, chamomile, and herbs. The palate is bright and grippy, featuring vibrant acidity and a crisp finish.
