Pleiades are nymphs associated with the stars, so it is an apt name for this certified organic orange wine from the slopes of the highest mountain of Greece. Its vinification process includes 30 days of skin and stems contact in stainless steel and spontaneous fermentation in ambient temperatures. The resulting wine has a bronze color, with honey and mineral notes, and a salty palate with a beeswax coating.
