David Pehu is the fourth generation of his family to produce estate-bottled Champagnes. The NV Brut Rosé Face Nord is a pretty wine, but, interestingly, it is lighter and more ethereal than the other wines in this range, so pretty different stylistically. Crushed red berries, spice, chalk, and perfumed floral notes are all laced together.
