Fermented in traditional granite "lagares" with indigenous yeasts, the grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and later racked into stainless steel vats to finish fermentation. This orange wine showcases a golden hue from extended skin and seed contact. Aromas of laurel and tangerine peel lead to a dry, well-structured palate with impressive persistence and depth.
