Hand-harvested in the Finger Lakes region, with a climate more akin to the cooler wine-growing regions of Europe, this “natural sparkling” wine has notes of strawberry, cranberry, and hints of mint. On the palate, its frothy bubbles bring tart strawberry, rhubarb, more cranberry and orange pith.
