'11, 12, 13...’ is Ruppert-Leroy’s only NV cuvée, made from a perpetual reserve that includes wines from all their estate parcels since 2011, plus organically grown grapes from the Aube. Biodynamically produced and fermented with natural yeasts, it is aged on fine lees for 9 months. Natural malolactic fermentation, followed by 18-20 months aging on lees in bottle. Disgorged à la volée, with no liqueur de tirage or added SO2, and bottled as Brut Nature. This Champagne presents a nose of ripe apple, brioche, walnut, and marzipan, with fresh notes of green apple and citrus. The palate is vibrant and structured, showcasing flavors of lemon, chalky minerality, and bright acidity, culminating in a long, refreshing finish.
