Sylvaner is grown primarily in Germany and the Alsace region of France, and often produces elegant wines with high acid. This wine, a light-bodied white, is crisp and juicy, with medium acidity. A perfect aperitif, it is also excellent with fish and other seafood, as well as with vegetables. You’ll notice notes of honeydew melon, magnolia, beeswax, and lemon cucumber.
