Shibata Pink “Cloudy Sake” is velvety and smooth. To sip it is to enjoy orange and cherry blossom notes, with a sharp dryness. This Nigori has a Junmai Ginjo base, using ginpu rice from Hokkaido, an amazing sake rice that gives this sake its mellow and rich depth.
