“Stamnaki” (“wine jug” in Greek) is an ode to indigenous Greek varieties, through simple and honest monovarietal vinification. This dry white is cold pressed, with low-temperature fermentation and maturation in a stainless steel tank. The palate presents notes of lemon flowers and rose petals, and it has sharp acidity with good length.
