This Italian sparkling wine is made from 100% Passerina grapes. They were harvested manually and aged using the Charmat method, where the second fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks. A wine with a fine, persistent texture, it displays a pale lemon-yellow hue with greenish highlights. Crisp and vibrant, with intensely aromatic notes. This wine is well-balanced and easy, making a perfect aperitif.
