“Zulal” means pure in Armenian. These wines are intended to express the purest characteristics of Armenian autochthonous grape varieties. Among the highest vineyard sites, the extreme climate and volcanic soils give these wines their distinctive character. This is a dry, medium-to-full-bodied wine with aromas of ripe apple, pear, and honeysuckle balanced by a crisp, savory herb backbone. Pale golden yellow in color, it has a long finish and a pleasing minerality.
